Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
Baking
  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the marinated drumsticks on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
