Prepare the Brisket

Slow Cook
- Transfer the seared brisket to a slow cooker.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the brisket is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.

- Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
