Ingredients
  

Meats
  • 4 oz Salami sliced
  • 4 oz Prosciutto sliced
Cheeses
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese cubed
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
Fruits
  • 1 cup Grapes washed
  • 1 cup Strawberries halved
Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts unsalted
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Honey for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard for dipping

Method
 

Assemble the Cups
  1. Start by placing a layer of salami and prosciutto at the bottom of each cup.
  2. Add cubes of cheddar cheese and slices of brie cheese on top of the meats.
  3. Fill the cups with a handful of grapes and halved strawberries.
  4. Sprinkle mixed nuts over the top for added crunch.
  5. Drizzle honey over the fruits and serve with a side of Dijon mustard for dipping.
