Dip Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Assemble the Dip
  1. Transfer the cheese mixture to a serving dish.
  2. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
