Frappe Base
  • 2 cups ice crushed
  • 1 cup milk whole or preferred milk
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce for drizzling
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Method
 

Prepare the Frappe
  1. In a blender, combine the ice, milk, cooled coffee, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Serve
  1. Pour the frappe into serving glasses.
  2. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  3. Serve immediately with a straw.
