Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup granola optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Cups
  1. In serving cups, layer the cheese mixture with the assorted fruits.
  2. Top with granola and chopped nuts if desired.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
