Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz penne pasta or any pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
Vegetables
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded parmesan cheese.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Toss Salad
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
