Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice about 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Vinaigrette
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  4. Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
