Assemble Sandwiches
- Spread mustard on one side of each slice of rye bread.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on half of the slices.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, mustard side down.
Grill Sandwiches
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place two sandwiches in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches, adding more butter as needed.
