Ingredients
  

Slaw Ingredients
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup red apple thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced apple, chopped cranberries, shredded carrots, and chopped walnuts.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
