Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 3 medium kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen, chopped
Liquids
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added fiber
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. Add the cucumber, kiwis, spinach, pineapple, coconut water, and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add chia seeds and honey, then blend again to combine.
Serve
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
