Ingredients
  

Vanilla Pudding Layer
  • 2 cups milk whole or 2%
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Chocolate Mousse Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Method
 

Prepare Vanilla Pudding Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Prepare Chocolate Mousse Layer
  1. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add melted chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until combined.
Assemble Dessert Shooters
  1. In shot glasses, layer the vanilla pudding, followed by the chocolate mousse, and top with mixed berries. Repeat layers if desired.
Chill and Serve
  1. Chill the assembled dessert shooters in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
