Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 4 cups Water Filtered or mineral water
  • 1 cup Coconut water Natural source of electrolytes
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional for sweetness
Electrolyte Boosters
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt Provides sodium
  • 1/4 teaspoon Potassium chloride Can be found as a salt substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for flavor

Method
 

Mixing the Drink
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, coconut water, and honey. Whisk until the honey is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the sea salt, potassium chloride, and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  4. Serve chilled over ice and enjoy your refreshing electrolyte drink!
