Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup Grapes Red or green, washed
  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh, hulled
  • 1 cup Apple Sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Cubed
Cheeses
  • 4 oz Brie cheese Soft and creamy
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese Sharp, cubed
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese Crumbled
  • 4 oz Goat cheese Soft, spreadable
Extras
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts Optional, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Honey For drizzling

Method
 

Assemble the Platter
  1. Arrange the grapes, strawberries, apple slices, and pineapple cubes on a large serving platter.
  2. Cut the Brie into wedges and place it on the platter.
  3. Cube the cheddar and crumble the Gorgonzola, then add them to the platter.
  4. Add dollops of goat cheese in various spots on the platter.
  5. Sprinkle mixed nuts around the fruits and cheeses.
  6. Drizzle honey over the cheese and fruits for added sweetness.
