Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. Combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the Fruit Cups
  1. Spoon the mixed fruits into individual serving cups.
  2. If desired, drizzle honey and lime juice over the top and garnish with mint leaves.
