Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and dice the kiwi, and peel and dice the pineapple.
  3. Halve the grapes and set all fruits aside in a mixing bowl.
Mix and Serve
  1. Gently toss all the prepared fruits together in the mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon the fruit mixture into serving cups.
  3. If desired, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped mint before serving.
