  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Alternatively, you can combine all ingredients in a jar, seal it, and shake until mixed.
