  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey until well combined.
  2. Add minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt to the mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best results.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
