Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. If using, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add to the sauce. Set aside.
Cook the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Broccoli
- Add broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
