Prepare the Mornay Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
Assemble the Sliders
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the shredded turkey, crumbled bacon, and both cheeses on the buns.
- Pour the Mornay sauce evenly over the assembled sliders.
- Top with the other halves of the buns and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
