  • 8 oz imitation crab meat shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp dill dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, diced celery, red bell pepper, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with additional dill if desired.
