Method
 

Making the Syrup
  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the dried lavender and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Strain the syrup through a fine strainer to remove the lavender buds.
  7. Pour the syrup into a clean bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
