  • 1 large Eggs for a rich filling
For the Fillings
  • 4 slices Sliced ham or turkey choose your favorite deli meat
  • 4 oz Cream cheese adds a creamy texture
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach or arugula adds nutrition and color
For the Extras

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the croissant dough by unrolling it on a clean surface and cutting it into small triangles.
  3. Fill each triangle with your choice of fillings at the wider end.
  4. Roll the triangles from the base to the tip to create a tight spiral shape.
  5. Arrange the rolled sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush each mini croissant sandwich with an egg wash made from one beaten egg mixed with a splash of water.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are puffy and golden brown.
