Prepare the Cake

- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Add the milk, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring, and beat until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Cake
- Once the cake is cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
- Decorate with edible glitter and fresh blueberries as desired.
