Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
Cheese and Seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again to coat.
Baking
  1. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
