Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, applesauce, peanut butter, and water until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Cook the Pancakes
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving to your pup.
