Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs Baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat
Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce Store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
  3. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dry rub.
  4. Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
Cooking
  1. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cover. Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  3. Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 190°F for tender ribs.
  4. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
