Prepare the Salmon Patties

- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties

- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Assemble the Burgers
- Place each salmon patty on a toasted bun and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
