Prepare the Salmon Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Burgers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Assemble the Burgers
- Place each salmon patty on a toasted bun and top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

These burgers can also be baked in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes if you prefer not to grill.
