Ingredients
  

Broccolini
  • 1 bunch Broccolini Trimmed and washed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Method
 

Cooking Broccolini
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccolini to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic.
  4. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccolini is tender but still vibrant green.
  5. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and toss to combine.
