Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 1 pound small red potatoes halved
  • 4 ears corn cut into halves
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt to taste
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
Water
  • 4 quarts water

Method
 

Prepare the ingredients
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and salt.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Cook the shrimp
  1. Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Drain the pot using a colander and transfer the shrimp, potatoes, and corn to a serving platter.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
