  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until well combined.
  2. Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for best results.
