Assemble Sandwiches
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, cheese, and leafy greens on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out circle shapes from each sandwich.
- Arrange the circle sandwiches on a serving platter.
