Ingredients
  

Sandwich Base
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 slices turkey breast deli style
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese or your choice of cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise optional
  • 1 cup leafy greens such as spinach or lettuce

Method
 

Assemble Sandwiches
  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey, cheese, and leafy greens on half of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circle shapes from each sandwich.
  5. Arrange the circle sandwiches on a serving platter.
