Watermelon
  • 1 medium watermelon seedless preferred
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for added flavor

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Slice the watermelon into fry-shaped pieces.
Season the Fries
  1. Place the watermelon fries on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with sea salt and cayenne pepper if using.
  3. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately as a refreshing snack.
