Ingredients
  

Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana sliced optional
Granola Layer
  • 1 cup granola your choice of flavor
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Assemble the Parfaits
  1. In a small cup or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the cup is filled, finishing with a layer of berries and a drizzle of honey on top.
